Now this is a matter of taste, but I dislike that you can only keep weapons you find in form of a blueprint and I really dislike ” behemot ” robots being in this game, the drone stuff is pretty cool though. Conclusion: Without summarising everything, the game is good, but not more or less than good, the price is definitely far too high for what it is, I think the game should be sold for 30 – 40 bucks not for almost 70 bucks. Also, the breakpoint steam forums are absolutely dead, so if you have questions, you usually won’t find an answer there or have to wait for a long long time. No idea why, rarely seen such a dead forum for a game released so recently.
I am gonna give this a positive review though, because I do enjoy playing it now that I have it in my library… If you want a real Ghost Recon experience, try future soldier or the original ghost recon series (if you can deal with the outdated graphics). If you are looking for a good game with a good story-line and decent gameplay, this game is NOT for you. In terms of captivating the audience of mature and seasoned players, Breakpoint has failed miserably. Unnecessary complexities render the player confused and shift the focus from the main game. And whoever came with the idea of staying online in a single player story mode, i have no words that would not be flagged in this comment. I am utterly disappointed with this game as its a serious miss from its predecessor Wildlands. Ubisoft is no longer the same that gave us Prince of Persia, AC2, and FC2.
