I love this game. I recommend playing the base game first and after getting the hang of it, modding is fun and there are really nice active mods on the workshop or on nexus mods, if you do the nexus mods way it’s very easy to mod just look at a YouTube Video. If you like a challenge then play this game on bannerlord difficulty. Vanilla wise Bannerlord is better than Warband and there is no other game like it, play a game like this for the first time is one of the most unique expierences i’ve had in any games, and replay value goes through the roof even with vanilla, however, in terms of giant overhaul mods warband is better and if thats what you are looking for then stick with warband for about another atleast 3 years before we get The Legendary Swords RPG Updated full Auto Farm
Developers have literally not been doing anything to improve the game these past 4 years, with the exception of some minuscule bug fixes here and there. I bought the game back when it was on early access, thinking that it would improve over the years. It hasn’t. I am ashamed of the number of hours I’ve put into this game. My friend who I play CS:GO with said if I post a review on BannerLord and it gets 100 likes and 100 Awards that he will buy me a RTX 3060 and 1 Kilo of Lemon . So im just gonna leave this here.
