One thing to note is that while the sinners have basic biological needs such as water, food, sleep, and using the restroom, your main focus is on torturing them for resources and keeping them under control.
While I found the game to be enjoyable, I do wish there was more content. The replayability is fair, but the limited options mean it’s not endlessly replayable. The game is definitely themed for adults, with cartoon violence (including blood, gore, and brutality) and foul language. I haven’t experienced the bugs that some other players mention in reviews, but that’s not to say they don’t exist.
