Starbear Taxi is a cute little VR game where you taxi bears around a futuristic city. You complete various tasks to earn honeycombs, with some tasks more difficult than others. As the game progresses, your randomly generated city slowly grows adding more platforms and obstacles. The gameplay can get pretty challenging, especially with the constant time pressure. The controls can take a bit of time to master, and are really what contributes to most of the challenge. Graphically, the game has a unique retro futuristic style that is highly polished. The cutsey audio also fits in well.

Starbear plays like a cross between Flappy Bird and Crazy Taxi. You move the ship by tilting your motion controller and pressing a button to thrust in the direction that you tilt it. You fly to landing pads to pick up clients who each have a request ranging from a simple transportation job, a demolition contract that has you smashing stuff with a wrecking ball, or an extremely scientific excursion to discover the effects that a black hole has on passing motorists.
If that wasn’t much of a challenge, there are some sneaky raccoons that appear to try to thwart your enterprise by lobbing heat-seeking missiles at you or stealing your hard earnings with giant magnets. The longer you go the more that appear at once, making a fast-paced frenzy that has you dodging around obstacles in a mad dash for more clients.
