Absolutely love the game! Thought I’d pop my review in as the new DLC came out. I love army building games and this has to be, as of this moment, one of the best I’ve ever played. Sure, the translated is a little off but not enough to put you off. The backstories to each companion is flushed out and interesting. Oh and lets not forget the beast. I’ve unfortunately not played any of the DLC yet as I can’t afford it right now but I’m sure when I get round to it ti will be great too! Fantastic Frontier Free Gui Teleport Abilities
An interesting take on the massive-army battle genre. You can think of it as a 2D Mount&Blade combined with a story driven fantasy narrative. You start with so little and build your way into conquering the world with your army. Kinda like a down-scaled version of kenshi. This game is still early in it’s age, so expect errors within its story telling or translations. Has some funky music, intriguing stuff tho. Give it a go if you are into army-builder strategy games and the 2D aesthetic or the simple gameplay won’t bore you.
