Insurgency Sandstorm has the best game play mechanics of any shooter I’ve played. The Realistic ballistic physics and free-aim hip-fire in this game are masterfully implemented. They make the game deeper and more skillful than the tired, lazy mechanics that have become the industry standard. You might think that it would make the game less friendly to new players but you’d be wrong. The game plays fairly intuitively for anyone used to FPS and when you’re used to how it plays you’ll find it significantly more satisfying than any other FPS on the market.
