I picked up this game even though I’m usually not a fan of mascot horror, but WOW this is fantastic! The gameplay is rewarding and has that satisfying survival horror feel when finding health items or ammo. The graphics and audio are top notch. I encountered zero bugs while playing and, all in all, had a blast! If you like survival horror, you NEED to play this game. In addition, getting the true ending is actually feasible on a first playthough. Just be observant and take your time to explore each area. I managed to get the best ending without using guides or YouTube. I just played the game normally, taking the time to read the notes and being sure to pay attention to any environmental cues. I am really looking forward to the next game from this developer!
Love this game, really wish it got more attention over Security Breach: Ruin. This game was a god-dang delight the whole way through. Even after my first run, I went back and had fun with all the cheats they give (especially free cam, lots of hidden stuff outside the rooms). My Friendly Neighborhood is a game crafted with so much love and talent, and you can see it so clearly when you play the game. It’s fun, challenging at times, and just a blast to explore all the rooms and do all the things. The characters are so lovable and I ADORE that the story line isn’t just “possessed and/or evil puppets”. I can’t get into the story much without spoilers, but it’s just fantastic. I also love that not only is this the whole game (no needless sequels or once-every-two-years-chapters!), it also has extra content upon completion of the main game, which gives it tons of replayability!
