thought this game would be super fun. jumping and swinging around gaining huge speed… but its another one of those games that wasn’t really built with everything in mind. you /can/ swing around like spider-man and go for crazy trick shots, but nothing is stopping you or penalising you from just walking to the next hoop and carefully lining up your shot and right-click-throwing it nearish the hoop for the score to count. the added boss fight(s) are an interesting change of pace, but even less fun. punch or throw the ball at the guy with lots of health… oh you died, start again from the start. you’re having fun btw 😉 oh and punching does 5x more damage than the ball… make sure you slide around and get your multiplier up so you can nuke the boss for more damage, but dont swing out of the playable zone unless you want to start again for the 10th time Not worth your time right now. Cool that the game was made by one guy, but it shows that it was made by one guy.
Before even diving into the game itself I just have to talk about the sheer amount of bugs and glitches this game holsters. Ranging from clipping through levels all the way literally soft locking yourself from beating levels this game has it all. To explain , there are guns you can pick up from enemies as you go about the levels but so many times after you finish using a gun you literally would not be able to do anything with your basketball forcing you to restart the level. Furthermore, Bosses would just straight up get stuck literally making them cheeseable which I honestly didn’t mind because the bosses were abysmal anyways. Level textures would sometimes bug out and textures would disappear and reappear. Hell sometimes the ball would just glitch and take up your whole screen not allowing you to even know where you were about to shoot it.
