Deploy-able weapons systems will be unable to deploy ~70% of the time. The worst mechanic of this game is the line of sight. You cannot make this ♥♥♥♥ up. “Our Engine simulates every round fired” my ass I have watched infantry have bullets rip straight through them and 155’s land right next to them yet it fails to register. A fun premise with the absolute worst execution I have ever seen in a video game that continues to be perpetuated by armchair generals who have no grasp on reality and lack of any real competition.
Thankfully they do not charge you for ‘engine updates’ anymore which add nothing to the game except slight adjustments to slitherine PBEM systems. My only wish is I could get all my money back that I have wasted on this franchise. The game runs poorly, tried it in 2 PCs, My main PC cant even run the game. Black textures every time I load in a game. my second PC has textures, but every time a tank shoots its main gun, I literally get flash banged. My screen flashes all white. Such a good game but really poor optimisation.
